Production and delivery take up to 15 working days for accessories and up to 30 working days for beds, if the selected items are not currently in stock.

Accessories, Collars, Leads, Harnesses & Clothing
Minimum first order: £200 (trade value)
Repeat orders: £100 minimum
Delivery:
Orders under £200 — £8 delivery
Orders £200 and above — Free UK mainland delivery
Production: Handmade waterproof items and TrueLove assortment — up to 15 working days.
Dog Beds & Large Items
Minimum order: £250 (trade value)
Delivery charges:
Up to £249 — £20
£250–£999 — £55
£1,000 and above — Free UK mainland delivery
Production: Made to order — up to 30 working days.
Mixed Orders
Delivery charged at bed-category rates unless the total trade order value exceeds £1,000 (trade value), which qualifies for free delivery.
Additional Information
All minimums are calculated from trade (wholesale) prices, not RRP.
Delivery applies to UK mainland only (extra fees for remote/offshore areas).
Lead times start once order and payment are confirmed.
