COOL COLLAR FIT AND FUNCTION:

Our Martingale collars have a special design with two loops and a leash attachment loop on the Martingale chain. This means extra control for you and a comfy fit for your pup. When your dog pulls, the collar gently tightens around their neck, but don't worry, it loosens up when they stop pulling.

To make sure the collar fits perfectly, we need an accurate neck measurement without any extra space. We'll deduct about 2cm from the measurement to account for the Martingale chain. And remember, measuring high up on the neck is key!

Our collars are made from BioThane®, a super tough and waterproof webbing that's easy to clean and doesn't stink. We only use the best BioThane® material because it's soft and durable.

COOL HARDWARE:

Most of our hardware is coated with zinc for extra durability. But hey, it's not invincible to scratches and stuff. If your dog loves the water, go for the Stainless Steel or Gold Brass hardware options. They're rust-proof and perfect for beachy adventures!

GOOD STUFF TO KNOW:

Each collar is made with love, so it takes about 2-3 business days to create. Since they're custom-made, we can't do exchanges, so make sure you measure your pup's neck right. We test everything to make sure it's top-notch, but please check for any wear and tear before using it on your doggo. Safety first, pals!

One last thing, our collars are strong, but they're not chew-proof. We can't be responsible if your pup decides to nom on it. So keep an eye on those teeth!
